Migrating to a 2 node Switched Cluster with NetApp CN1610 Cluster Switches

These notes are fairly faithful to the original article, just written for 8.3+ specifically, and here we have 4 cluster ports per node - e0a (clus1), e0b (clus2), e0c (clus3), e0d (clus4) - like for AFF/FAS 80X0.
