to disable ODX.

What is deswizzle*?
“Because all data
transferred with volume SnapMirror must be deswizzled on the destination, as
well as the relinked buffer trees, there may be an increase in deswizzling time when
using deduplication on the volume SnapMirror source. In a cascaded scenario
where the volume SnapMirror is to be transferred by using qtree SnapMirror or
SnapVault, it is a best practice to allow the deswizzle scanners running on the volume
SnapMirror destination volumes to complete before the transfer.”

An In-depth Exploration of vCloud Networking and Security
Setting Perennial
Reservations for MSCS with EMC CX/VNX Arrays
Something to beware
of if using Microsoft Clustering (MSCS) via physical RDMs in a vSphere 5.x
environment - “the hosts in the cluster started experiencing odd behaviour.
Rescanning for new devices or VMFS volumes was taking 10 minutes or more. If I
rebooted one of the hosts that would also take 10+ minutes. After a bit of
research, and speaking with our VMware TAM, I figured out the problem;
perennial reservations. Perennial reservations themselves was not the issue, it
was more the lack of perennial reservations that was causing the problem.”
