Note: Setup

Install
Walkthrough
1) Download the OVA file from support.netapp.com.
2) Deploy the OVA template into vSphere
3) Power on and follow the Console output
3.1) When prompted to install VMware Tools, use the
vSphere Client/vSphere Web Client, to install VMware Tools

Hi I am trying 9.5 OVA on vmware 5.5.0 it won't install the vmware tools so the setup is getting stuck at that step. any suggestions please what could be the issue ?
