Part 2 - Install nworks Enterprise Manager Server (EMS)

Server Manager > Features > Add Features > Select ‘.NET Framework 3.5.1’ and follow the wizard to install



Double-click on the nworksEMS.exe executable:



Click Next >



Accept the License Agreement and Next >

Provide License: Browse for the license file (*.lic) and Next >



Destination Folder: Accept/Change… install path and Next >



Port Selection: Accept the default port 8084 and Next >



Service Credentials: Enter nworks Enterprise Manager Service credentials (needs to be local admin on EM Server!) and Next >
Note: In this lab we’re using the domain administrator account, in practice would use a different account.



Ready to Install the Program: Install



InstallShield Wizard Completed: Finish



Accept the prompt to perform a logoff right now…



Note: After successful install of Enterprise Manager or a Collector, notice a custom Applications and Services log called nworksEventLog
